What will I be doing?
First we will go over your goals. You will fill out a personal questionnaire and we will discuss where you are now, and where you want to go. Please consult your health provider first before any dietary program. We will discuss your eating and exercise habits. I will make changes and we will work on what works for you and your schedule. I will also send you text messages for reminders and motivation. I will also call you twice a month (more if necessary) to work with you and follow up with your goals. I like to work with my clients for 6 months.
How much will it cost?
Your goals, level of seriousness, and program will determine the cost. Your first consultation is free. Then I will help you make a positive investment in yourself and your body. You will save money in the long run on food and gym expenses. I will make suggestions about Herbalife products, but you do not need to use them. I will work with what you are comfortable with. Herbalife products begin around $45.00 per month, and depending on how quickly you want to lose weight, it can run $130 per month. Our meetings will run $75 a session, depending on what is needed. Food shopping together is $100 a session. Cooking lessons are $200 a session (food included). Discounts for Students: $35 a session (with or without the use of Herbalife products).
What will I learn?
You will learn about calories, protein, good and bad choices, how to control your hunger, burning calories, energy levels, good and bad fats, specific exercises, and achieving your personal goals.
What exercises will I be doing? I don’t have time!
I will show you how to do maximum exercises in a short period of time. You should exercise at least 30 minutes a day 5 times a week, but if you don’t have time for that, I have other routines. I can show you specific exercises – THAT WILL WORK!
Why 6 months?
All my programs are for a minimum of 6-months, with an option to extend. While it may take 21 days to establish a habit, research shows that lifestyle change takes 6 months. That has been my experience. Six months is recommended for life-long change.
How many sessions do I get?
You will meet with me 12 times during the 6-month program. All sessions are one-on-one and may be held in person or over the phone. Each session will last 30-60 minutes, and is dependent upon where you are in the program.
Where are your services available?
The Whole You services are available anywhere as long as you have an internet connection or phone line. Cooking classes, health food, market tours and other special events are available in the Los Angeles area. We can do this using Skype, Oovoo, and Facebook as well.
