Hello. I am Tracey. Before beginning my weight loss and life style change, I was about 20 lbs over weight. I was tired all of the time. I felt bloated after every meal. I was over-stuffed after every meal. I was a constant size 8 – size 10. At 5’0, that is over weight. I was tired of it. Every skinny girl I saw, I despised. BUT I decided to finally do something about it. I changed my diet. I began to exercise intensely. I tried Muay Thai kickboxing. Then I tried CrossFit. Then I tried Interval Training. I loved them all… very intense. The eating part was the most difficult. No matter how much I pushed myself in the gym, I still had a belly and “love handles.” SO.. then I looked into the “Paleo” diet. I did research… a lot of research. Paleo makes sense. Nothing processed. So, I did it.. cold turkey. No breads, no sugars, no dairy. I was strict for one month. It was very hard. I had to break old habits. I was addicted to bread and cereal and Pepsi and chocolate. It took two weeks for me not to be crazy. BUT what I did was.. when I was craving sugar, I has dried fruit. When I was craving crunchy, I had kale chips. I replaced the bad with the good. AND IT WORKED!! Now, I am Paleo and Herbalife most of the time. The only time I go off my “life style” change, is in social situations: birthday parties or friends and family gatherings… etc. BUT I am constantly thinking about food and how it affects me and my body. Sometimes after I eat bread, I feel horrible! Now that I am aware of this, I hardly eat it.
Then I discovered Herbalife. Herbalilfe is a good product that brought my health to a whole new level. I had/have more energy. I still am using Herbalife. The shakes taste good, and have a lot of protein in them. I tend to lack protein in my daily food intake, so the shakes help out a lot. I am not hungry for at least 2.5 hours after a shake. I love them! My stomach even shrank more! I am loving the way I look. I am a constant size 4. HAPPY!!!! I will update as my journey continues.

Hi my name is Erin. I used to be very thin and had a fast metabolism. When I was young losing weight whenever I wanted to was never a problem. As I got older various factors changed my metabolism (birth control, not eating at regular intervals, having a baby, ect).
I’m a short woman, 4’9″ tall and for the past 5 years have struggled with an extra 20 lbs that I just can’t seem to get rid of, no matter how much I dieted and exercised.
When Tracey first told me about the Herbalife plan I was skeptical. I had heard of it but I’ve never been a fan of diet supplements. But she explained in depth how the process worked and I figured I could at least give it a try.
In my 1st week I lost 4 lbs and have been slowly but steadily losing ever since. Even exercising seems to be having a better effect as I’ve noticed the flab on my stomach shrinking and becoming more firm. I’m well on my way to my goal weight.
I’m lactose intolerant and chose the Vanilla Soy flavored shake, which I mix with Silk Coconut Milk and a banana (or sometimes other fruit like blue berries or pineapple).
I’ve cut dairy out of my diet completely, which I have realized makes me feel a lot better and more energetic during the day and I believe has helped a lot toward my weight loss.
Tracey has started me on a path toward bringing my body back to something I can be proud of and I’m truly grateful.

Hi my name is Louis.. I have complications with diabetes.i have been so fustrated with my doctors. i have been taking all kinds of meds. including three kinds of insulin and all i hear is take more meds and insulin.a side affect of my insulin is weight gain .i have fiffty ibs in 12 months and they want to increase my dosage. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH..took my self off the insulin called a friend and she called TRACY.With her direction and brain power.she has done what all my doctors could not lower my sugar levels .normal when FASTING is 95. my day starts at 500 faSTING… in one week with TRACYS directions lost11 ibs and my sugars are down to 260 AMAZING.,YES IT HARD TO BREAK some habits like my cherrios and my whole milk and my tortillas.but the end result will amaze u.
