Write a daily journal, what you are grateful for, for that day. What did you accomplish? What did you experience? What did you eat?
Today, I am grateful for…
Today I am grateful for my motivation. I woke up early; went running. Then I ran my errands early. I met with a friend/client and we worked on a program to make her life happier and healthier. I feel good.
Today I am grateful for getting up early and exercising. I am grateful that I love myself enough to take care of myself. I had an Herbalife shake for breakfast, which I am happy about. Then fruit and chicken for lunch. Ahhh life is good [:)] Now I am planning my lessons for my classes for the fall, which makes me happy as well, cause I am not procrastinating.
Oh man, today I feel good. I have a full day of things to do, and that makes me happy. A day full of friends, clients, and being healthy. I am grateful for already having exercised, eaten a healthy breakfast, and planned my day. Side note: I love how the Olympics make me feel. Inspired, motivated. I love it.
I need to be more motivated. Today I am grateful for getting up early and making my appointments and working on my blog. I am going to study today and exercise. I am not going to drive anywhere. My car needs a break. I am grateful for my health. I will exercise sometime today.
Up and attum.. things to do today. Early start. Plans made. Life is moving. It is already August. Crazy. Today I commit to eating healthy.
Tonight is a good night. I went to work. Made people laugh. I am grateful for loving my job. Thank you me for pushing me through college. Thank you me.
I woke up early and went running! It was great! The sky was cloudy; it was finally a cool morning. I only ran for about a half hour, but it was nice. Today I will eat only healthy things. YES!
I have little motivation lately. I am so happy that Tracey has been there for me to push me. She texts me weekly and that helps to motivate me. Thank you!
