Love this “Lazy Girl Fitness”

When I was looking around Pinterest, I found this. This has SO many great ideas. I do some automatically, which makes me happy, but there are some great ideas. I think the “Microwave twist” is my favorite.

It is such a great idea to find the time for small exercise moments. Not all of us have the luxury to exercise for 30 minutes a day!
