So many people are saying to me, and on Facebook… “On January 1st I will start being healthy and start exercising more.” WHY WAIT? Start now! I don’t get it. There are at least 4 more days until then; does that mean to eat like crap for 4 days, just because? C’mon people! Really? Just exercise the day after indulging. Just eat very healthy TODAY! It is really not that difficult. Is it? Exercise for at least 10 minutes TODAY. Hey, it is 10 minutes of better than nothing, right? YES!!!
I also know that there is a statistic SOMEWHERE that says that most people fail with New Year’s resolutions. My point is very well taken here… start today. Then it isn’t even a resolution. It is a choice for TODAY. This will possibly lead to tomorrow. Then the next day. Right? Am I wrong? Please tell me if I am wrong.
Start today! Start tonight! DO IT!
