Your waiter brings you to your table and asks, “What would you like to drink?” What do you answer?
If you drink anything but water, you are adding calories to your meal. We all know this, right? But did you know really how many more calories and sugar you were adding? Carbs? It is really crazy. I have now begun to only drink water, unless I am having a crazy craving. Usually now, it is water with lemon.

What is that stuff you are drinking? What is that stuff that you are putting in your body? I can go on and on about ingredients for all beverages, but it would take forever…. I just recently read the ingredients and it surprised me. I didn’t even think about it. I just drank it. And yes, I do have my soda craving sometimes, and I do give in. I think again, moderation is key. Be aware of what is in those drinks that you order so thoughtlessly.
