So, my friend and client (yes, I am his coach), Todd gave me this great recipe. I had to share it with the world. I will be buying the ingredients and keeping this on my go-to “I am hungry what should I eat” list.
1 can of tuna
1 can of fat free refried black beans/with jalapenos from Trader Joe’s
1 chopped onion heated (sauteed)
hot sauce of choice
Mix everything together.
