Be motivated every day to be the best you can, take care of your body and yourself!
You know you want to be healthier. You know you want to live longer. You know what it takes. Don’t be lazy. Don’t eat bad foods that create problems. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day; you CAN find the time!!! Just tell yourself, OK THIS IS IT! IT IS TIME TO CHANGE. Make the changes. You can. Why not? What is holding you back? Really? Really. Your loved ones will want to help you, want to see you succeed. You have no excuses.
